Position Description
Our team has been engaged by a top accounting, tax, and advisory firm to find a high quality Tax Manager in the beautiful & historic racing town of Indianapolis, IN.This firm works with very significant local and regional business clients as well as VIP personal High Net Worth clients for a variety of tax and business advisory needs.

Position Summary and Duties:
-Work independently and with the management staff to work with an assigned group of clients across multiple industries
-Advise clients on multiple tax issues, planning, research and compliance
-Prep and review tax returns for multiple entities including C-Corps, S-Corps, Partnerships, and Trusts
-Work with key clients for business advisory and tax decisions
-Supervise and train junior tax personnel
-Help when needed for local business events networking and fostering relationships
Role Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of tax prep and review experience with various entities
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (or equivalent)
- Masters in tax or accounting would be a big plus, although not required
- CPA is not required but highly appreciated
- High level of tax skills, organization, and analytical skills
- Work in a tight deadline environment
Pay and benefits:
- $120,000-$170,000 salary annually, commensurate with experience
